NQWC Website - Lost Password

Our website has a self-service password reset function where you can reset your password without submitting a support ticket. 

Follow these steps below:

1) Go to the website.  Click on Log In

2)  If you can't remember your password, click on the "Lost Password?" button in green immediately below the Login form.

3) Enter your username or email address and click, Get New Password.

4) You will receive and email with a link, click the link

5) Create your new password. Ensure it meets password complexity requirements.

6) Once your password is accepted, you will be redirected back to the login screen. You will have to login as per normal using your new password.
