Webmaster - Change of Hands guide
THIS REQUIRES THE COOPERATION FROM THE PREVIOUS WEBMASTER
This article will guide the smooth transition from the outgoing to the incoming webmaster. As the webmaster has access to many systems, each one has its own steps to go through.
This article does not demonstrate or include guides to using each of the services and website.
At the time of publication of this article, the Webmaster had access and Admin-level privileges to the following sites and services.

1.0 - Wordpress
Arguably the most important part of the Webmaster role is maintaining the Wordpress website and all its plugins
1.1 - Paid Memberships Pro
This plugin handles the membership database and associated membership fees.

This plugin allows making changes to the website pages etc easier. Its a WYSIWYG - What you see is what you get, program. Its service is support based only.

The backbone to the website. The CPanel software is provided by our hosting provider, VentraIP and it allows us control over the domains and other systems of the websites.
