How to add your account to Microsoft Authenticator

The following instructions are based on an android device, apple devices may have a different process. 

It is assumed that your QR code is ready for scanning. If not, please visit this article in conjunction with this article. 

On your mobile device, open the Microsoft Authenticator app.

In the top bar, tap the 3 ellipses

Add Account

Work or school account

Scan a QR code.

Scan the QR code

The account should now show in the list.
