HOW TO TRANFER A CALL

 

When you are on a call and you need to transfer it, 

 

  1. select transfer

  1. click the "Quick Dial" button (learn how to add Quick Dial contacts)

  1. then select the contact call group you wish to transfer to. You can also select other individuals too.

  1. Once the call is transferred the other phone representatives will have to answer. Until then, the MOP will be on hold. If no one answers, they will be diverted to voicemail.
